HJG Staffing's reputation spoke for itself. Their brand didn't.

Twenty years of credibility, a 95% client retention rate, and a referral business that never stopped growing. Yet new prospects were walking away. Not because of the work. Because of the look. I came in to make the outside match the inside: a complete rebrand, new website, and a content strategy built to compete.

The Ask:

First, build a brand as strong as the business behind it. Then put it to work.

Brand Mark

The goal wasn't reinvention. It was elevation.

With two dots suggesting head and shoulders, the new mark hints to their simple truth. Human. Approachable. Professional. A quiet, visual nod to the relationship-first culture that's been at the core of HJG since day one.

Website

Two audiences. One cohesive experience.

Visit Site: hjgstaffing.com

I redesigned the site from the ground up with dedicated paths for employers and job seekers, and rewrote every page in a unified voice that positions HJG as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. Integrating their JobDiva applicant tracking platform was its own challenge. After weeks of problem-solving, I custom-coded it to live within the HJG site so candidates can search and apply without ever leaving. The branded experience holds, end to end.

Website Before

Business Cards and Brochures

The brand needed to show up everywhere they did.

I designed business cards and two tri-fold brochures tailored to each audience: one for employers, one for job seekers. Every piece carries the same visual language and tone of voice, so whether a prospect picks up a card at a meeting or a brochure at a trade show, the company’s ethos shines through.

Advertising

Paid and Organic, built to work together.

With a real brand identity in place, the content finally had something to stand on. I developed and continue to build out paid and organic campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, with a voice and visual system consistent enough that every post is recognizably HJG.

"She didn't just design a website. She helped bring our company to life in a way that reflects our values and the work we do."

Sally Johnson, Managing Director, HJG Staffing

The Outcome

HJG Staffing didn't need to change who they were. They needed everyone else to see it. Now they do. And we’re just getting started…
